Christmas Book Signing at Indigo Mayfair

Just before Christmas, I did another book signing at Indigo at Mayfair Shopping Centre. Of course, I am always ecstatic to go back to my hometown. And when I get to tie in an event for The Manhattan Mishap I’m even happier. This book signing went so well. I was really nervous that no one would shop up and it would be a total disaster, leaving me stress sweating and scared to do another event.

However, it could not have gone better. During my three hours there, I sold over 15 copies! It was so much fun chatting with people and letting them know about my saucy, sassy, scandalous beach read. At one point, my husband went across the street to get me a latte and when he came back, I’d sold another five copies. He was shocked and so happy for me.

Here are three highlights of my book signing at Indigo:

• Someone asking me to sign their book “happy 38th birthday baby girl”
• Someone flipping to a random page, reading the first 3 sentences, bursting into laughter, and giving me a fist bump while saying “now THIS is something I can really read”
• Someone saying to me “your posture is incredible and you’re just so beautiful, I HAVE to support you”

Thanks to everyone who came out to support me this time! If you missed it, there are still a few copies that are on the shelves and signed. Look for the “signed by author” sticker on the cover. Until next time!
